Customer Success Executive

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers
  • Share information about our products and services by following sales scripts
  • Answering potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
  • Strategic approach to retention & customer service
  • Sell / Upsell products and place customer orders/requests in the system
  • Closing sales and leading customer through the process
  • Follow up with customer calls where necessary
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails
  • Identify problem statement & escalate issues to the Manager as appropriate
  • Document call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Perform customized targeted sales strategies
  • Meet required targets for assigned leads / Database, active and inactive calls
  • Manage Leads and Maintain a Healthy Conversion Rate

Required Skills:

  • Good Communication skills
  • A flair for sales with a go-getter attitude
  • Ability to mould sales pitch according to the client behaviour & background
  • Ability to withstand pressure & work in a fast-paced environment

Qualification: Any Degree
Working Knowledge in MS Word and MS Excel
